Steps to Fix Integration Connection Issues
If your integration isn’t connecting, follow the steps below in order.
Step 1: Open a private browser window (Incognito Mode) and remove your HR Command cookies.

Step 2: Clear your cookies for HR Command.

Step 3: In HR Command, open Integrations, select Xero, choose Connect to Xero, then complete your login and authentication. When the Xero page loads, select Connected App.
Step 4: Disconnect the existing connected app. There should only be one listed. If there isn’t one, email our Support team at help@hrcommand.com.au.
Step 5: Return to HR Command Integrations, select Xero again, and go through the connection and authentication process once more.
